Private Sessions

Basic - An easy-paced class for beginners, and for those recovering from illness or injury. The basic poses are introduced. The pace allows you to build confidence with yoga. If you've never done yoga before, this is a good place to start.

Continuing - A standard Svaroopa® Yoga class with a full spectrum of poses. Good for students who are continuing their study of Svaroopa Yoga. Detailed instructions are given along with personalized attention to alignment. Guidance on how to deepen awareness of the body is offered in each posture. Suitable for many beginners.

Deeper - An intermediate level for students who have been studying Svaroopa Yoga for a while. Deeply relaxing with fewer verbal instructions. Meditative. A home practice is encouraged.
