Nancy is a certified Svaroopa Yoga teacher and Embodyment therapist. In 1998 she attended a weekend workshop with Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati and experienced such an exquisite transformation in her body and mind that she knew that she wanted to immerse herself in this yoga and to become a teacher. Her hope is to pass the pure teachings on toothers through classes and private sessions.

Nancy has lived in Ithaca since 1973. She is married and the mother of four wonderful children (some of her very best teachers). She recently became grandmother to two amazing little boys - Kariso and Telisho.
